Debbie M. Wuerl, RN, received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Milwaukee Area Technical College in 1982 and earned her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Cardinal Stritch University in December 2001. She earned her certification as a Legal Nurse Consultant through the Vickie Milazzo Institute in September, 2005.

She developed excellent assessment skills while focusing her career in Geriatric and Adult nursing. As a staff nurse and a Supervisor in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Debbie became well versed in Medicare and Medicaid guidelines for Long Term Care and is well known for her documentation skills.

Ms. Wuerl is an expert at reviewing medical records, identifying appropriate standards of care and deviations from standard, and in coordinating with physicians and ancillary care providers such as lab technicians, radiology, therapists, dietitians, patient and family members.
